Albert Ross IV, MD

Position: Director, Pediatric Endoscopy

Dr. Albert Ross is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and Hasbro Children’s Hospital.  He is the Director of Endoscopy for the Division of Pediatric GI, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Hasbro.

Dr. Ross is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine.  He completed his Pediatric Residency training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, NH and his Fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at the University of California at Los Angeles School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA.  After fellowship, Dr. Ross returned to his home state of Kansas, where he was an attending pediatric gastroenterologist and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita.  He went on to lead the Pediatric Liver Transplant Program at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO before returning to the East Coast to join the faculty here at Brown in 1999. 

Dr. Ross is board certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
