
Allison Berhle Yardley, MD
Allison Behrle Yardley, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatric gastroenterologist at Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Behrle Yardley earned her medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond. She served her pediatrics residency at Hasbro Children’s Hospital/The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She completed a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition at Children’s National Health System/George Washington University.
Dr. Behrle Yardley also trained as a researcher in the laboratory of infectious diseases at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institutes of Health, in Bethesda, Maryland. Her research focused on chronic norovirus infection, specifically in immunocompromised patients.
As a graduating resident, she was recognized by her peers and instructors at the Alpert Medical School for outstanding dedication to patient care.
She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the North American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition.
